8 WEEK INNER CHILD HEALING PROGRAM
8, one hour Holistic Counselling Sessions
In these 8: 1hour sessions with Tereza, together you will find your triggers that are stopping you from living your best life.
Finding the trauma that your inner child is holding, is the key.
Offering support, guidance, tools and techniques to healing your Inner Child over the coming weeks via text, emails or phone calls, will be the key to releasing the deep cellular data of any trauma that has controlled your life.
Experiencing trauma as a child can lead to an anchor of emotional and psychological issues that may not emerge until later in life. Grown-ups who experienced trauma during childhood may encounter troubles in numerous parts of their lives.
They may not understand that these trauma encounters are contributing components to their present issues or even the main driver of them.
Being hit or smacked by significant adults
Chaos or dysfunction in the house (such as domestic violence, parent with a mental illness, substance abuse or incarcerated)
Death of a loved one
Death of a pet
Emotional abuse or neglect
Being deliberately called names or verbally insulted.
Being made to feel stupid or worthless
Physical abuse or neglect
Separation from a parent or caregiver
Having an emotionally unavailable parent who withholds affection
Stress caused by poverty
Frequently moving to a new house and or changing schools
Sudden and/or serious medical condition
Violence (at home, at school, or in the surrounding community)
Being physically, emotionally or mentally different and not fitting in with other children
Similarly, as each individual is extraordinary and each individual’s responses are interesting; in like manner, each trauma experience and response is additionally one of a kind. A few people adapt to trauma in more beneficial, more profitable ways than others.

Tereza was drawn to holistic counselling many years ago based on a powerfully transformative personal experience of working with a holistic counsellor. The holistic counselling enabled Tereza to see life in a different perspective and helped her secure a healthier lifestyle for her and her family. Tereza now passionately helps others change their lives to overcome challenges and reach full potential.
Tereza has undertaken significant study since 2013 holding an Advanced Diploma from International Meditation Teacher Trainers Association (IMTTA). In 2018 she travelled to India to obtain her Honours in Holistic Counselling and is currently working towards her Masters.
